Any entrants under the age of 16 must have received the permission of their parents or one of their parents or a guardian.

Entrants must have registered with thisdayinmusic.com

The competition is open to anyone on the planet and is not restricted by continent.

The prize winners will be selected at random by the This Day in Music Limited. Winners of competitions will be posted on the website

Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.

There will be no cash alternatives to prizes.

In the event of a problem in supplying the prize that you have won, we reserve the right to provide you with a substitute prize of equivalent quality or price.

thisdayinmusic.com does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

thisdayinmusic.com decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
